Christmas at Grace Hill

This season is one of the most meaningful times for our church, and if you’re exploring Grace Hill for the first time, we would love to help you feel at home. Below you’ll find a few simple ways to connect, serve, and gather with us as we move toward Christmas.

Advent invites us to pause in the middle of a busy, complicated world and remember that God has not disappeared. Even when life feels heavy, the light of Christ keeps breaking through.

Each week, Isaiah’s words remind us what is still true:

  • Peace can still rise in a world that feels chaotic.
  • Life can grow where everything looks worn out.
  • Joy can bloom in dry places.
  • And God often shows up in the small, ordinary moments we tend to overlook.

As we move toward Christmas, we’re not just waiting for light to return. We’re learning to notice the light that’s already here. At Grace Hill, we’ll walk through Advent with honesty and hope, watching the light grow each week as we remember the One who came to dwell with us, and still does.

Town Square Tree Lighting: November 25
Town Square Tree Lighting: November 25

This is one of the biggest community events of the year, and we love being part of it! We’ll be serving coffee, popcorn, and hot chocolate, hosting a Christmas movie, and offering a bracelet-making station for families. Thousands will gather on the Square, so it’s a great chance to serve, share, and spread joy with our neighbors.

Christmas can be a tender time for many. Our Blue Christmas service is a space for reflection, comfort, and hope for those walking through loss, change, or difficulty. We’ll gather in the Sanctuary on the Square for quiet worship, scripture, and prayer. Childcare will be available (please register your kids).
